I have the model kit of this boat from the Batman Forever movie and kinda liked it enough to want to do a large-scale model of this too. The shape of the hull is pretty much the same as any speedboat/powerboat design (proven technology) so would be a fairly easy model to do and operate on the water! I'm not yet sure how I'm going to do the jet as there're no visible air-intakes on the real prop so I may have to improvise a little on that by cutting slits into a not so obvious area. Wherever I place them, they'd have to be pretty high enough to avoid the splashing water. Water getting into the engine would not be good. The neon lighting should be fun though. I haven't yet decided whether to leave the canopy/seating area open, or build a custom designed 'lid' over the top (like the Keaton Batmobile). Any thoughts/suggestions on this?

You really got your hands full with all these projects. Hope you get around to finishing them all. How do you find the time to do all these? I'd go nuts staying in for this much time, I've always gotta get myself out on the town or down the pub. My girlfriend won't let me stay in for much time to work on my models often. Shame.

Yeah, I have a fair but of time on my hands to work on all this stuff. Mabe I'll take a year off next year from work, which would give even more time. Haha! I've done this before actually, I love it! ;D
