i have made a stuffed, lifesize creation for work. it's heavy duty cloth type material to make a full human body, i have stuffed it with poly fill. the arms were straight out and i need the ability to move them around if need be, same for the legs, bend them as a person would sit or hide. the only thing i could come up with was heavy gauge electrical wiring. it worked fornthr arms, i put it inside the dummy from the wrist of one arm through the torso and to the wrist of the other arm and surrounded it with poly fill: my question is? is there a better, cheaper alternative? the poly fill is packed tight for density and the material is brand new and not broken in so the wire does well but not as good as i'd like, especially at 9 dollars a foot. any ideas?
