Design help needed

I need some help designing a reactionary Prop. What I need is a Mannequin that has some type of knee joints that will allow it to be posed a certain way but, if a sensor is triggered, the knees give way and the prop falls down. I was thinking some type of electromagnetic ball joint may work but there may be easier or simpler ways to do this. The general gist is we have a large indoor Airsoft shoothouse for Military, Law enforcement, and civilian training, and we want to use these props for a more realistic experience. The props will have small metal target plates on the chest that when hit, trigger an impact sensor, and will cause the knees to fail. We want to be able to position the props in different poses and situations, in different clothing, and at Halloween, we want them to be zombies so we can do a Walking Dead type scenario. Any help would be extremely appreciated. If someone would want to build these for us, let me know.
